Andrea Bales has more than 12 years of experience in the food industry and more than four years at House of Tricks. A graduate of the University of Phoenix in Accounting, Andrea ran her own Personal Chef and Catering company for seven years before taking over the lead line cook position at True Food Kitchen for almost two years. Her style is a Rustic New American cuisine with Asian influences.
Scott Umscheid has more than 16 years of culinary experience, including more than 10 years at House of Tricks. A graduate of SCI in 2005, Scott first worked at the Holiday Inn in Manhattan, Kansas. His style is Contemporary American, influenced by Mexican, Asian and French cuisines with a touch of home cooking.
Adam started cooking at age 11. He graduated from the culinary program at Scottsdale Community College in 2005 and has been working in the various aspects of the industry 12 years, including several years as a meat-cutter. Adam has been with House of Tricks for over 6 years and is particularly interested in curing and smoking meats. His cooking is influenced by Mexican and Asian cuisine.
